Acceleration and Handling fix for Lamborghini Aventador SVJ / SVJ 63 Anniversary Edition by yanfenglenfan.
100% working but the handling is too slippery when turning. (will do some minor tweaks if possible)
V 1.2 features:
AWD 30/70 Split
Use OpenIV and extract
:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\svj63\dlc.rpf/common/data//handling.meta and replace it.

This value determines at what distance above the ground the car will lose traction.
FLOWSPEEDTRACTIONLOSSMULT
How much traction is reduced at low speed.
0.0 means normal traction. It affects mainly car burnout when pressing gas (W/UP).
Decreasing value will cause less burnout, less sliding at start.
Higher value will cause more burnout.
This car is not spawning.. please help
@AgentK try changing you're gameconfig.xml, this is a handling and acceleration fix only, its not a car mod. but I already put the car link in the description.
