How To Install

- You NEED OpenIV (get it from the link I included)
- Extract this archive
- With OpenIV, go to "x64\audio\sfx\RESIDENT.rpf"
- Make sure you are in EDIT mode!
- Right click and select "Import Open Formats"
- Navigate and find the vehicles.oac from this archive then click "Open"
- MAKE SURE THE VEHICLES FOLDER IS IN THE SAME FOLDER AS THE OAC FILE OR THE SOUNDS WILL NOT IMPORT!

@Double Doppler @damzen @Swa33er okay guys, open openiv, export vehicles.awc file to open format, transfer all audio files from met shockwave or c019 or other vehicle folder. to the vehicle folder from resident. and then transfer the vehicle oac file back into resident.rpf
ive put a link to a quick video above might help for now..

Note to all experiencing problems. Make sure you copy over JUST the .wav files and not the .sfk files! Otherwise you get the error message. =) Hope this helps!

I cannot install, I get an error message when I try to import:
vehicles.oac(Line 1): Not supported format version, actual: "10" but expected "11".
I have read the other comments and done what they say but it still doesn't want to import...

I am having some trouble installing this mod. When i try to import the open format file, i get the following error:
Some files not imported, more information below.
vehicles.oac(Line 1): Not supported format version, actual: "10" but expected "11".
Also, when to i import the vehicles file to?
Does anybody know how to fix this?

@damzen I had that problem, this is how I fixed it. (Btw this is off of my head so tell me if I explain something badly)
1. Find the file you are trying to edit/replace (in our case its the vehicles.oac) into a temp folder, name it wahtever you want because it is just temporary.
2. You should have 2 files in the temp folder, a folder and another file (forgot what its called.) Here, replace the vehicles folder in the temp folder with the vehicles folder from the download, and then right click in residents.rpf and then select import openformats or something like that then select the other file from the temp folder and import it, then from here you just let it install, and this time it should install very smoothly. Any question just reply back :)
