Most Wanted BMW M3 GTR Not-So-Garbage Handling Fix 2.0

As a huge fan of Need for Speed - Most Wanted, I was happy to see the BMW M3 GTR on this site, but was disappointed with just how bad the handling was. It was basically unusable. There are 2 other handling fix mods that I found, but they're...not good. One of them even had the traction values reversed so that you had more grip on dirt than you did on pavement. This is my first GTA mod, though I've modded Fallout, Skyrim, and several others. I spent about 7 hours trying to get the handling to feel like it fits in with GTA 5. It isn't perfect, but it's pretty close. I've tested on-road and off-road, high speed and low speed, with upgrades and without upgrades. See the video for a look-see. Almost every value has been adjusted.

Requires this mod for the car itself:
https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/bmw-m3-e46-gtr-addon
You'll also need OpenIV, of course.
Copy the handling.meta from this download to: gamedirectory/update/x64/dlcpacks/Iverson/dlc.rpf/common/data
EXTRA:
If you'd like to tweak the settings yourself, you can open the .meta file in notepad. The following two links are the guides that I used and I wouldn't have been able to do this without them.

UPDATE: HANDLING FIX .2.0
Some very minor adjustments. Less braking power so the car doesn't go from 100 to 0 in half a second. Increased engine power slightly for a faster acceleration at start.
