@wcgamer so, does this mean we are safe from another update for halloween? Rockstar just has to essentially turn this stuff on? because everytime my game updates it breaks all my mods and I have to start from scratch, im sick of it

if Rockstar programmed this like I think they did.....has anyone tried setting their computer's clock (the one for windows in the corner) to Halloween? and played the game to see if the DLC activates on its own?

download trainer to get flashlight and spawn cars

@5dmc1 I tested a few things when trying to get masks and the npc costumes working but I didnt have any luck

@HeySlickThatsMe ya I tested the trainer and it did work but when I made this mod there wasnt any trainers of scipthook working for the new update yet

@HeySlickThatsMe so do you think Rockstar will release another update to make the stuff show up in game? Or do you think it has a timer on it to show automatically on halloween? I am asking because everytime Rockstar releases an update they break Scripthook and my added cars

there are 2 answers cuz
1. - rockstar needs to update weapon , car websites to add new cars adding one file called store_weapons.xml i think (or i might be wrong :P too much saints row)
scripthook shouldnt be hurted

@HeySlickThatsMe unless they are dicks and redo the native hex just to fuck with us again. I can see WHY they do it, its because trolls ruin it online for all the people who use these tools properly in SP. They dont want shit going down. I get that....but they should make it so scripthook only crashes the game when going online....not SP...In fact, Scripthook has a function embedded in it that closes the game when you try to go online...or so it says in the readme. But I guess hackers found a way around it.

Either way, a few douchebags have ruined the fun for all of us and made the modding community an enemy to Rockstar...when the truth is, we arent.....most pc players bought the game TO MOD IT....

changing game files fucks mod folder cuz game doesnt have some files and other unmodded files are checking if you have these files

@Wcgamer Hello.. are these Add on updates or does it remove other cars? can you tell me how to manually update my game's files to include the masks and these add on cars without hampering any mod? and without replacing anything

@HeySlickThatsMe I am not using a mod folder, I just replace the game's files. Never had a problem

@Wcgamer Can you please tell me how to manually install the Flash light only the torch weapon dlc from Halloween dlc? actually as i have a modded game, i don't update normally. i download the updates and then manually change the files. i downloaded halloween dlc. i could get the masks work but i cant get the vehicles nor the weapon torch flash light dlc...PLEASE HELP
