Known bugs: window bar extras don't move with door, this is unavoidable as they are extras, turret does not rotates, 50 cal gun does not fire.

Stage One - Rear TA Amber
Stage Two - Primary LightBar and Rear TA lights with AUX Strobes Headlights/Taillights
Stae Threee - Full 360 Lighting red and blue
ELS Takedowns and Fog/Search Lights/Lamps (scene lighting)
USE TRAINER TO CHANGE COLORS, window bars are in extra slots so as such they dont move

What is the path to install this? I've been searching mods for hours for something JUST like this but I'm a noob at modding. Anyone have insight to where some files go and where the insurgent files are to replace?
How do i choose which insurgent i want in my game? like what if i only want the one without the turret.
