-added extendable legs to secure the vehicle while standing (see last screenshot). You can simply extend them by holding down the "h" key. Thanks to PNWParksFan for figuring this one out!
Here is a rather "simple" edit of the utility truck based on the Vapid Contender. The rear bed has been slightly changed and a stairway has been added. You can freely control the stairs to reach any height needed to enter an airplane.
This mod has all LODs, breakble glass, all parts dirt mapped and so on and so forth. Basically all standard GTA V features.
You can use Numpad 8 and Numpad 5 to control the stairs.
Check out Instagram to be up-to-date with WIP works and to submit livery requests for new airliners.

Don't such vehicles have outriggers or something IRL? I doubt that the suspension alone is able to keep it still.
@EastCoastShepard Skyline mostly uses ZModeler3 to create/edit and convert mods.
This is awesome Skyline! But I cannot enter any plane, even the 9X or the AFO. It looks great for some Instagram photos (there are some that ask me: How you do that in GTA?) but I don't know if I have to do something else to be able to enter the planes. If I kick the opening of a door, the windows break for some reason.
@laczpro You cant enter and walk in the 9X. The interior can only be accessed by changing seats. AFO is accessible so make sure you have open the door that lets yoi inside. Note that AFO has a staircrase that drops down so the stair truck isnt necessary for AFO.

It's bad for small planes (e.g. A319), the truck's bonnet hits the plane
