this is a sound mod that replaces the vanilla guns and sirens to a more realistic sound.
this will make your shooting experience way better!
how to install:
download my mod
open the folder
click into the Real Emersive Sounds folder.
go to your gtaV main directory click x64, audio, sfx. drag and drop the WEAPONS_PLAYER and RESIDENT into the sfx folder.
And Enjoy!

We fixed the issue where you can't shoot some weapons in single player. (Version 1.1)
@Snoopyyy okay great, is there an ETA? the sound pack sounds cool and cant wait for the carbine rifle
Why was this changed from a OIV to files?
Why the carbine rifle hasn't been fixed???
@grimjimslim i tried but it would just cut out right after the gun shot which did not sound good at all
@Daddynnoob ive had to reinstall windows and i havent really installed gta 5 but i am today so ill try to fix it in this weekend

Before downloading this mod (or any mod), make a backup for your game. It's as simple as copying [Ctrl+C] the game folder and pasting [Ctrl+V] it. For those of you having problems with 1.2.1. Download OpenIV and the Mod. go into the mod folder. Use OpenIV edit mode, go into the mod folder as seen here: "Real Immersive Gun Sounds 1.2.1 SP" -> "Manual" -> "OpenIV" -> "x64" -> "audio" -> "sfx" and extract the folders "RESIDENT.rpf" and "WEAPONS_PLAYER.rpf" anywhere you want. The files in those folders go into the folders [WEAPONS_PLAYER.rpf & RESIDENT.rpf ] in the games directory ["Grand Theft Auto V" -> "x64" -> "audio" -> "sfx" -> WEAPONS_PLAYER.rpf & RESIDENT.rpf ] through OpenIV.
carbine rifle doesn't shoot, please fix. is there any way i can make it work?

Carbine rifle doesnt shoot in third person AT ALL
If in first person it only shoots semi auto
Sounds are good but this just breaks the carbine rifle
when I try to install the mods it doesn't work, I don't understand how it is installed ...
@Prom93 just install it fr it aint that hard
This mod breaks the carbine rifles in third person. Luckily it's easy to uninstall.
