How to install and use :
1) Map Builder 3.2.2 - https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder
2) Object Spawn Unlocker 1.1 - https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/object-spawn-unlocker
3) Map Editor 2.13 - https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
4) SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\x64m.rpf\levels\gta5\_cityw\santamon_01\sm_23.rpf\ ...........import File in Folder Edit Garage
5) Installation YMAP
A - Extract the YMAP from the folder and set it on your desktop
B - Open OpenIV, install it if you dont have it already
C - [Make sure you go into edit mode!!]
D - Click update> x64> dlcpacks> custom_maps>dlc.rpf> x64> levels> gta5> citye> maps> custom_maps.rpf
E - Then take the YMAP and drag & drop it into OpenIV then its in!
6) SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\x64i.rpf\levels\gta5\props\roadside\v_fences.rpf
Delete >>>>> prop_fnclink_01e.yft

I have several times but theres not enough details
I've tried everything you've said and reviewed this over and over again. There needs to be a more in depth description. the odr and added files make no sense to me. i cant get the walls or iron fence to go away and i deleted prop_fnclink_01e.yft. the wall behind the shop doors is still there as well

overall the mod is perfect buddy! maybe to make it a little easier though would be to edit the mod so the wall and fence at the entrance are gone...other than that great work :)

It still doesn't work. I've installed it the exact way you said, and the walls are still in the way of the garage door, and the fence is still all the way around
I couldn't apply RAGEMP, can you help?
Would have been nice if this mod would at least have a description of what it does!
