You need to download MapEditor https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
After that you put the custom.xml into your GTA main folder
Launch the game, press F7 and click on load map.
Type in custom and you are done
It is located at the port

I really want to know, are there more car customization's with this mod??? If not I think you add more car customization's... Like a lot, or you could make a mod that adds more car customization's!!!! PLEASE!!!!!
@metheguy its a map mod not a CAR mod. if you want to add more car mods to a car. just install car mods. Like the Silvia with 50+ customization's
Nice workk! Should try makin the back alley gun shops of IV. Dont like how R* brought back ammunation. Even if its just a map and cant shop in it I guess for video (or immersion?) purposes.
