1.Copy xml File to GTAV Directory
2.Download Map editor (https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor)
3.Open Map editor in game press F7 choose Load Map > XML >HydraPort
Needs improvement, make an actual way to get there easily instead of just placing a hydra on a pad, thanks.
