The Map Is Located On The Left Side Of Sandy Shores On The Beach Heading Towards The Lost MC. (Look In The Screen Shots)
Changelog:

Requirements:
1. OpenIV
2. Bob74_ipl | If Props Are Not Loading In You Might Have To Force Load The Props With This Resource: Bob74_ipl
Instructions For SP:
1. Download The File And Go To The "SP" Folder
2. Open "OpenIV" And Put It In Edit Mode
3. Go To Mods/Update/x64/dlcpacks Put The BSSMDM Folder In This Directory
4. Go To update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
5. Put "dlcpacks:/bssmdm/" At The Bottom
6. Load Up GTA 5 And Enjoy!
Instructions For FIVEM:
1. Download The File And Unzip.
2. Drag The BSSMDM Folder Into Your Resources Folder
3. Ensure The Resource In Your server.cfg And Put "Ensure BSSMDM"

1. Add More To The Outside Of The Building

Mods great but a few things are floating or missing, do I need to download something to accommodate this mod?

tables are missing items floating...bed is missing. car in garage area has a floating car. floor glitching which i know you know and you said would update. table where dj is is missing.

@RazeiT So I believe those props that are missing are apart of dlc's witch might have to be forced load by another resource like bob74_ipl. But standalone the mod I uploaded doesn't require it but some may need to force load the dlc's. This should work if im not wrong.
