Replaces one of the 5 star wanted level theme variations with The Time's Come (Kill Michael) theme. Pretty simple mod but I thought this song really fit a wanted level theme.

Installation:
1) Launch OpenIV and click Edit Mode
2) Go to x64 > audio > sfx > INTERACTIVE_MUSIC.rpf and replace rg10.awc with the one provided in the ZIP
