This is a modification of Bloodfx.dat file,handcrafted with passion with the objective of bring a sistem of gore in a very simple way,every caliber has diferent texture damages with entry and exit holes. Hope you enjoy,this is my first uploaded mod.
Install with OpenIV in Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\effects
1.1:
-Added wounds in head from melee damage.
1.2(watch the video):
-Added MGs extreme gore, but is necessary to modify a parameter in weapons.meta file, you must search EffectGroup parameters of MG and assaultMG weapons and change with this: WEAPON_EFFECT_GROUP_HEAVY_MG
or if you want much more easy you can download my mod https://gta5-mods.com/weapons/ultimate-ballistic-and-gunplay-1-0 whcih already as this feature. In the future i will simplify this process
(RELEASED)1.3[FINAL]:
-This will be a big and definitive version, almost all weapons will have a different gore texture consistent with his caliber(pistols with different gore textures and more)
-I will include modified MG´s lines for weapons.meta(BRUTAL DAMAGE)
-Different melee bruises and damages
-Added randomness in wounds
-I will upload this soon when i have tested it all

@WhiterRED there is already included but only with large calibers weapons like the MG´s. You will see massive damage with this weapons ;)
Everytime I use OpenIV and I try to open GTA V it comes up with an error leading to a website. I know how to get on again but it will always remove the mod.
@voncarl93 bloodeffects.dat won't work, what did i do wrong?
@SimpleDishes this is not bloodeffects.dat file, it is bloodfx.dat (the file in my mod) what you have to overwrite.
@voncarl93 yeah yeah it's the same thing but, the problem is.. i can't see the gore when i shoot people on their head. Do i need to install specific mods to be able to work... PLEASE I CAN'T MISS THIS YOUR MODS ARE THE BEST
@voncarl93 hello man ill just say this is one of the best extension from Bravercoolio's mod. Just spectacular , but can you do a fast edit for me bro? Please bro. Can you make the shotgun bullets like the body wound in the minigun? Because seing it is just...brutal , can you make it also appear with shotgun wounds? And also that "blood on clothes when shooting someone close" that is in the original ImprovementsInGore bloodfx.dat , or can you just POINT out what will i change in the .dat to make that appear

@Xranovision You can make it yourself with a simple edit in weapons, it is very simple. Using OpenIV got to \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\ai and open weapons.meta, inside you can search the shotguns (weapon_sawnoffshotgun, weapon_pumpshotgun, etc..) and go to a line named <EffectGroup>. Then overwrite this line with this: WEAPON_EFFECT_GROUP_HEAVY_MG.
it would look like this:
<EffectGroup>WEAPON_EFFECT_GROUP_SHOTGUN</EffectGroup>
To this
<EffectGroup>WEAPON_EFFECT_GROUP_HEAVY_MG</EffectGroup>

@voncarl93 hi bro how did you change the textures from a bullet wound to the headshot texture of improvementsingore (like the heavy mg texture) how did you swapped it? Because i want to use the normal SHOTGUN_EFFECT_GROUP so i can use the BLOOD SPLATTER in

@voncarl93 i figured it out myself. But the real question is HOW DO I MAKE BLOOD DECALS SPAWN/APPEAR MORE WHEN SHOOTING SOMEBODY? Please teach
@voncarl93 when I use your bloodfx I get decals that appear 10 ft in front of the peds should this effect be flipped?

There really is a big difference between vanilla's blood and this modded one. Love it
i installed in the effects folder but uh I'm not seeing all the dramatic blood splatter like in the second pic regardless of what caliber i use
