In order to use this livery you will need this mod: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/airport-service-pack-add-on-liveries
Install: Replace any livery. Use open IV to replace files GTAV>Mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>airportservice>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles>vehicles.rpf then open catering.ytd and import this livery
