Simply import ALL files with OpenIV in the folder into the following path below:
...\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\addonpeds\dlc.rpf\peds.rpf\
OR
To replace any ped, rename files to suit i.e. u_m_y_tattoo_01

@arisnuqman i don't know,maybe reason from your computer not enough ram memory,you can try replace file .ytd by another .ytd
The same thing happens to me, it had never happened to me and I'm sure it's not because of the ram
