Use this script to install this mod
1.Install this https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/addonpeds-asi-pedselector.
2.Place the ped files from the "Dabi1" archive to addonpeds folder.
3.Open AddonPedsEditor.exe as administrator and add "Dabi1" as model name and ped type male and is streamed should be false. that's it

I believe the squarishnes of the character is because of 3d model enjoy!
@Jerlamarel Good job! If you wanna fix the polygon issues in the future and use 3ds max. Highlight the whole model with polygons selected and click a smoothness level. I always choose 5 because it seems to do the trick!
