THESE ARE JUST TEXTURES! YOU MUST INSTALL HANAKOS VESTS BEFORE HAND!
Required:

Hanakos Vests & Earpieces (use vest 6 setup 2 for this texture) : https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/character/25692-eup-vest%EF%BC%86earpiece/
Installation:
After downloading Hanakos vests, install the vest from this file path:
files/vest6/setup 1 size 2/
In OpenIV, follow this file path:
update/x64/dlcpacks/eup/dlc.rpf/x64/eup_componentpeds_rpf/mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_vinewood
And install the original vest, followed by my texture.
