- Download "AddonPeds" mod ( https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/addonpeds-asi-pedselector ) and follow the instruction to install.
- Place ped files to update/x64/dlcpacks/addonpeds/dlc.rpf/peds.rpf/
- Add dlcpacks:/addonpeds/ in mods/Update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
- Open .exe file (addonpeds.) and click to add new ped. Use "streamed ped" - "False".
- In game use L to show ped list.

@schmed would be great to have a good John "Soap" MacTavish COD player model fully rigged and especially with facial animacon. There are other Soap MacTavish models for GTA v but without facial animation and without regged hands
