To install use add on peds method.
Use this mod to add peds

Then unzip files into the peds.rpf folder. Use add on peds exe, this model is not streamed.
Or Replace any Ped you want just rename the files to whatever ped you want to replace.
Notes:
Still haven't figured out cloth meshes, so I cut the length of the cape. I have the model for the jetpack, I might add later. I look forward to making some more peds!

@nicoow05 Right now I'm only working on bringing characters from other games into GTA. I am a big Scream fan, but I dont think i willbe doing those characters. Good luck though
