Installation:
Use Meth0ds Addon Ped to add this model into GTA, or simply rename the files to a model (eg ig_bankman) and replace that. https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/addonpeds-asi-pedselector
Notes:
Shadow is smaller than normal pedestrians, however the same size as sonic... Like sonic's model the fingers are not rigged due to it making it hard to aim down sights in first person, however it still looks great!

@Jbatez For some reason when I spawn an addon ped from someone else my game crashes. Is there a certain config I need to use? Thanks.

@Jbatez Yes it happens with every model I use from other people, but the ones that come with addonpeds dont crash
@bur587 do u add them to pedselecter.exe correctly, do u make sure you select normal bed when its normal and stream if it stream

@Jbatez I did that, I spawned your model in game and 30 seconds later it crashes (just like all the other ones on this site) But when I use the ones that come with the mod (stock) they don't crash. I dont see what the problem here is, maybe I need an older version?
