He works with super speed from Tachyon technology It is invulnerable to V9 because it cures faster than the drug affects
Your origin: He was a junkie addicted to cocaine and methamphetamine When it was struck by the explosion of the particle accelerator in one of the lands He stole the materials to create his suit because it is very expensive, in return it saves people and it helps who needs it. :)
