1- Add all the files to the x:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\addonpeds\dlc.rpf\peds.rpf
2-Open AddonPeds Editor.exe click peds/new model name:Ymir type:male streamed:false
I suggest you use it with the Phat Cam Mod:
