INSTALL:
- Install Script Hook V .NET
- put .dll and .ini files on your script folder
With this script if you are driving a police/marines vehicle you can enter in the resticted areas. This will not work if you have a wanted level.

@FelixSG I will add in the ini file the ability to change the key on next update
@Alex Nico the gate is implemented by "Enable All Interiors (WIP)" and I can't open it. I don't understand what you mean by "specific blip", do you want the police vehicle to be always shown in the minimap even if you are not wanted?
@edo97 in gta 4 police in car had a police blip with a spinning line around it

Using SHVDN 3+, I started stealth mode to enter into Zacundo, and at first it seemed working good. But soon I got spotted and wanted levels. Is there something wrong in my mod use, or is this normal?
@FelixSG if an enemy see you then you will be spotted and you will receive a wanted level.if no enemy has seen you and you have been spotted, it could be a bug and I will check it

@edo97 yo the "boom barrier automatic gate" (google images this if you dont know what it looks like) in fort zacundo wont open up for me, even though im using a Canis Crusader and i have the "Access Guaranteed" notif it still wont open :(

yo turning off notifications doesnt work
sometimes it just crashes when i come near restricted areas
@edo97 Which marine outfit mods should I use in order to enter Fort Zancudo without alerting the marine peds? Cuz I was trying out Evandrotorquato's 'US Army Outfits for Protagonists' mod and that doesn't seem to work.
can you just make an option in ini to just disable the restriction completely for player?
The notifications are spelled incorrectly its supposed to be "Guaranteed" "Denied"
