OpenRPF is an alternative to OpenIV.asi, which is now obsolete with GTA V's Enhanced version. It works in the same way, allowing modified files to be loaded from a mods folder, thus avoiding the need to modify the game's original files.
Features:
• OPEN & encrypted compatibility: OpenRPF supports both the game's native archives and those created with OpenIV (OPEN). No need to re-encrypt your modified files.
• rpf.cache bypass on Gen9: OpenRPF bypasses the rpf.cache for modified files placed in the mods folder, allowing them to load without additional intervention.
• Integrated ASI Loader: Just like OpenIV provided dinput8.dll, OpenRPF includes dsound.dll to enable ASI plugin loading in GTA V Enhanced (as well as loading OpenRPF.asi).
• Performance optimization: OpenIV.asi could cause slowdowns due to inefficient file loading management. OpenRPF fixes this issue for a smoother gaming experience.
Installation:
1. Extract the archive contents into the GTA V Enhanced directory (where GTA5_Enhanced.exe is located).
2. Create a mods folder.
3. Place your modified RPF archives inside this folder, just like with OpenIV.asi.
4. Launch the game and enjoy your mods on the Enhanced version of GTA V.
Warnings:
• The mod does not change file versions: Gen8 (GTA V Legacy) files on Gen9 (GTA V Enhanced) will cause a crash if used. Ensure you use GTA V Enhanced compatible files or convert them using Dexyfex's tool in CodeWalker.
• Some resources are not yet perfectly converted by CodeWalker: which may cause crashes or visual anomalies. If you encounter issues, feel free to report them on the CodeWalker Discord.
Changelog:
0.1: Initial release
0.2: Various fixes, deleting the dsound.dll, and default implementation of the cache bypass (no need for rpf.cache.disable anymore)

It works fine now, thank you! @LS-Multiplayer Team
@LS-Multiplayer Team will this update work on latest raytracing update of enhanced version
safe bet!
It's compatible with all previous, current and future versions of Enhanced @dragon_Pyli
Hi, I was wondering if this is compatible with Natural Vision Enhanced?
@LS-Multiplayer Team can you make this work with natural vision enhanced?
Am retarded😀... I didn't check there's a update, and wondering why my game is crashing at startup suddenly, and I decided to delete my mods and waste my time reinstalling it and still crashes until I check TOOLS and not realize there's a update and finally worked😩😩😩
works after installing mods but for some reason i cannot spawn addon peds.
really? scripthook needs a update?😩😩😩 I guess am playing rdr2 today boys.
How do I change the name of the vehicle that appears when you get into it (ex. Truffade Adder, Super)
@LS-Multiplayer Team ^
My comment earlier can be ignored, just a simple mistake but all my MLO's crash after leaving the area and since it didn't happen in the legacy version could it be something with this?
OpenRPF is compatible with NVE @dragon_Pyli @JasonM @Max91708
I don’t think this has anything to do with OpenRPF @GJ1996, but I’d still like the name of the MLO so I can check on my end
@LS-Multiplayer Team thanks for the reply, it's this https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/gj-s-mansion-mlo-addon it's my own mod, converted it using Codewalker, shows up properly in the game but as soon as i drive some serious distance away my game crashes and it's not just this MLO it seems to be happening with every single MLO i have created, works fine when i teleport away but when i drive away it doesn't.
@LS-Multiplayer Team ofc i don't expect you to start manually converting the OIV file so here's a converted file to the enhanced https://www.mediafire.com/file/naux8knp88t5d6q/GJs+Interiors+Enhanced.7z/file however this features all MLO's i've currently done and is WIP but it works really well in the legacy.
Open RPF no longer works. When I try to launch GTA 5, I get an error message indicating that Natural Vision Enhanced doesn't accept the file.
the xinput1_4 just add my vga an 3gb of vram consumption and then crash lol
i think i have figured out the cause of the crash with my MLO's since my MLO's use breakable glass windows .yft codewalker seems to be converting these files badly so my windows do not break properly anymore and if i shoot them whenever i'm inside the building the game crashes as well.
W, well done bro
there's no dllsound file here
