For me all works perfectly now on keyboard. Download this new version just replaced Gears file (left old settings of mine) and skripthook to the latest version. Using HPattern with numlock keys.
@LCBuffalo, Hi I remade your script a bit to allow 2-dores cars (allow all cars & peds count 1 if 2 doorCar). Tested, all works great.

Outstanding mode,dude. I like absolutely everything about it. From wide range of parameters to customize to clear and understandable code.
Though I'd like to propose to make turn signal turn off in less sharp turns - make it more sensitive like when one changes a line of a road.
