@Cyron43 Hey I'm not gonna be able to reply till the 9th because I'm going to be out of town I'll try reinstalling it then. Hopefully it will work then
@Cyron43 NPC drivers do show up, but in the basic cars in game. I coped the popgroups.ymt onto my desktop, opened OpenIV, opened the mods folder, go to the update folder, go to where the popgroups.ymt is, and drag the one I coped where the normal version is, then it says its there
@Cyron43 Whenever I play the game, none of the online cars ever spawn, despite following the instructions on how to install it. I reinstalled it three times, deleted then recreated the mods folder two times, and even reinstalled the game to see if it will work with no results. I don't understand why and thats why I'm asking for help

@Cyron43 No I can spawn them manually, but the npcs won't drive in dlc cars like before. That's the problem I'm having
@Cyron43 I use a extended Native Trainer to get MP cars, but DLC cars will never spawn in the streets as it did before the update
