After seeing ENT in serious need of an update (and with the other ENT members not having the time anymore to update ENT) I've taken on the role of keeping ENT as up to date as I can.
I've been releasing updates on GTAForums for a while now, but due to multiple requests - I'm going to put the changes here as well as in the ENT thread on GTAForums
This is built on Enhanced Native Trainer update 28 (so your previous database file and config will work with this).
Notable features include:
- Skin customiser
- Vehicle customiser
- Weapon customiser
- Organised & extra vehicles
- Organised & extra teleport locations
- Ability to save vehicles & skins
- Many additional general options
- Saves/restores settings across multiple uses
- Controller support
For installation details and keys/controls, and what's new in each release, please read the document in the ZIP.
This will tell you, for example, that by default, game controls are disabled whilst in the menu, but that you can turn this off in Miscellaneous > Trainer Options. See, useful.
You can redefine the keys using the supplied XML, which should be placed in the game directory.
Known Issues:
- Reshade 1.1 will crash your game if you run ENT alongside it. I'm told Redux works fine however. It's way above my head, so not something I can fix.
- When loading ENT, unplug any controller and let your game load before plugging it back in. Not doing this will result in your game crashing during loading, or an infinite loading screen!
I've included the original thread as I (and others) still use it to test builds and give feedback on them.
If any of the other ENT team members want me to rename my updated fork of ENT (to prevent issues with the names and anything I may add which they may not want in ENT), please PM me and I'll change it.
How to use the Hotkey functionality (Tutorial courtesy of Slash Alex):
Due to formatting problems (Xml code not showing up) - this is a link to tutorial instead:

Enhanced Native Trainer: Update 55.0
Added:
* Added new Agents of Chaos peds & vehicle previews.
Contributions wholly thanks to @Slash_Alex:-
Added:
* Added the 'Agents Of Sabotage' DLC interiors
Fixed:
* Fixed a nasty bug in the 'Vehicle Indicators' feature.
Known Bugs:-
* Some of the weapon tints (namely MK1 tints) use the incorrect name in ENT. This is a side effect of using the in-game names.
--------
If you're having issues with ENT crashing on start up - try loading JUST ENT and seeing if the crash continues. If it does you can turn off options using DB Browser to open up ENT's settings database -> Browse data -> feature enablements in the drop down and setting the respective value to 0 or 1.
You could also rename the DB and get ENT to make a new one.
You can find ENT's settings DB by putting the following into an explorer window:-
%appdata%\GTAV Enhanced Native Trainer
@Zemanez The enhanced version of GTA5 has been released. When will the menu be updated? Support the new enhanced version of GTA5
It's going to be a minute before this menu will be updated. Especially since the scripthook for the Enhanced has not released yet.
Funciona en gta v enhanced??????????
@LavenderEmpress Yeah, this is exactly why I afraid of the new "enhanced" game version despite it looks so much better! 😐
Are you going to update this to work with GTA V Enhanced?
definetly not working
neither simple trainer.
waiting for script hook update
@TheWatchfulObserver @Max23 @a012345 @SECTIS @LavenderEmpress We are waiting for the Scripthook Enhanced edition version to be released as it's required for ENT to work. Even when it's out we'll have to test ENT for compatibility thoroughly to make sure it works properly as the game engine has been reworked a lot by R*. It will take some time.
how do i add more mods cars??
@Slash_Alex so, you do expect scripthook to be updated or are you hoping it will be updated? Thank you for your work, BTW. Long time listener, First time caller.
Hey is it working for GTA 5 Enhanced Version ???
@fredbedhead We are expecting the Scripthook to be updated. The author is working on it.
Hey, I’m using Enhanced Native Trainer and I noticed that when I set a mission marker and press the Delete key, it doesn't teleport me to the marker. On TrainerV, you can use the Delete key to teleport automatically. Is there a button in Enhanced Native Trainer that does the same, or do I need to adjust something?
Are you working on a version compatible with GTA 5 Enhanced on PC?
@memetz You have to use the hotkey functionality. Follow this link for details:

I literally made an account just to comment that you're clown shoes for having the readme be an .rtf file instead of a .txt file
Agree with MeatWad69 though he could have put it in a nicer way.
I saw that there were a few changes made to the github repository since this website's last release and wanted to try my hand at building the program, but failed.
What specific command do I need to run once I'm in the master folder's directory to build it (assuming I have all the prerequisites, which I think I do)?
Update time:
Installed Visual Studio, installed desktop development with C++, opened .sln file, attempted to build....
...2959 errors. Clearly I'm doing something wrong.
Hello. Please we need a fix, the parachute is attached to the inventory. I cannot remove it even with the "Weapons" menu options.
@TheDman131
Honestly, no. We've been at this for 8 years and just don't have the time anymore. The source is there so someone may pick it up and port it over.
@Krish_
No this is for Legacy only.
@TheFourthYegg
That'll usually happen if you're trying to build it against a Windows SDK version you don't have installed. Currently we were building it using the 10.0.22621.0 SDK (Platform toolset 143).
@MeatWad69
Nice of you to make an account, but let yourself down with such ham fisted feedback. The original readme was an RTF so I just kept that tradition going because there wasn't a reason to change it, and removing it ended up with complaints.
I would be surprised if a double-digit amount of people read it (regardless of the file type) because the exact same release info is in the release notes pinned at the top and the install notes are no different to other mods, so repeat users are much less likely to need to read it.
@SECTIS
This'll stick to Legacy. The amount of changes in Enhanced would need a lot of work to fix in ENT; the code base ideally needs modernising (which means a huge re-write) because it's not sustainable long term with things R* will no doubt add (MK2 weapons were a real hassle for example as is interior customisation) and some features rely heavily on patching memory, which means those would have to be reversed in Enhanced and fixed as appropriate.
