@BigShaqNOKetchup Really nice house however it conflicts with gta remastered enhanced/ ultimate version, It would be alot of a hassel but would be able to try to manuver the house so they can coexist?
@Larcius hi I have your ultimate version of this mod and wanting to know how do you remove certain trees? I have some mansion mods and there are 3 to 4 trees that clip through them
Works as advertised, since I've downloaded this not even 1 texture loss most. This is a needed mod for sure, if only there was a mod for random fps drops my game would be perfect
@WolfFire23309 Its absolutley scandelus, I agree with modders earning cash making mods because of the effort that they put into them unlike some of these multi billion dollar companies, I wouldn't be playing this game if it wasn't for these mods, however some of these guys take the piss like him, how on earth are animations worth to be exact £26.27 when graghic mods aren't even £15 and theres another guy selling houses which sure may not be easy but over £20??? outa their minds fr fr
