Car doesn't spawn because there is a typo in vehicles.meta, probably from your other mod (rs7 sportback)? Just need to change:

This happens just by spawning car and only on rear wheels,

Gr86 rocket bunny kit is little on ugly side, but nonetheless 5 stars easy
