@Nachtfliege yeah, I installed it following all the steps in the PDF and even checking the files that are modified to see if it really hears changes, but the game closes as soon as I try to load the story mode, I also noticed a mod or OpenIV bug in the Dispatch.meta file, as my Dispatch is already modified by VEDGA, when changing it using the .OIV file of your mod, the Dispatch file is blank. I opened it through OpenIV and Notepad++ to check and it really was blank. But I was able to resolve this by manually modifying the lines without error. But the game continued with the same problem of closing when loading story mode
@w.. well, if you can take a look at VEDGA, it changes more the police and gangs part of the game, it works as an Addon, but it does change main game files like Dispatch, Popgroups, peds, Vehicles, Handling, relationships and etc. If you can get in touch with the mod developer I think you can see some way to make a compatibility or even incorporate your mod with his and do a Mega Overhaul

some parts of the hud shows the normal black map, not the satelite version
