Slapping a lightbar on a car doesn't make it automatically a police car
No livery, no police equipment beyond the vanilla lightbar (which is not even well positioned)
I'm sorry but this is as lazy as it gets and needs a lot of work and I actually would like to see it become a real police car

the fact that someone works on various models even if they are lore friendly doesn't make them automatically public domain
If the author thinks those models need permission or can't be modified by others is not only understandable but respectable
If you just simply don't like the mod don't download it, and if you want to do something with it is just as simple as asking for propper persmission, anything can be achieve with a bit of a thing called "education"
