I converted it to an add-on, and it's still working well after 10 years.
Bug water: In many areas, the water image will disappear, although you can still swim there.
@GTAtietumoxing I suspect you deleted and re-added the ydr files, which increased the size. I tried extracting the files and putting them into a new DLC, and the size was reduced to 153 MB. Other maps might have the same problem; you can try it yourself to see if what I'm saying is correct.
