Nightblade swingarm fix [Replace] 1.0

This mods adds rear suspension to the Nightblade.
Most choppers in GTAV do not have any rear suspension which causes the rear wheel to easily sink into the ground.
Unlike them however the Nightblade doesn't have a rigid frame (or a hardtail) it has a full suspension swingarm so it should've had regular rear suspension but it didn't.
Note: I have also done a few changes to the bike:
- Different Exhaust.
- Chrome Engine by default.
- Removed License Plate.
An optional handling.meta file is included which will prevent the rear wheel from clipping into the rear mudguard of the bike.
It will also slightly increase front\rear weight transmission during acceleration\braking. This gives the bike a bit more realistic, and less stiff feel.
I have tested the bike and found no bugs, however this is my first ever mod release and I'm quite the beginner so please let me know of any bugs you find and I will try to fix them to the best of my abilities.

@MaVeRicK I totally agree with you that some of them choppers should have a swingarm instead of a rigid frame, one such example is the LCC Innovation, from the "Last Team Standing update": It even has a pivot point where a swingarm could, well, "swing", though it acts as a rigid suspension... Which is too bad, since such a cool and sportier chopper should be SPORTIER, right?
@electricgamers yeah, I've actually forgotten about the innovation, I'll try to take a look at it.
@maverick-x Sounds Great! Looking forward
