Los Santos river reworked , hundreds of trees and bushes added to feel like a natural park.
Nice to play with Zombie mods ( set night time and enable blackout option )

This is a YMAP map,does not require MapEditor nor Menyoo to load,
it will load automatically just like any other prop in the game without any loading time or limits thanks to sollaholla's YMAP converter,which you can find here:

LOD distance Options: High 1800 Low 800
Installation
-Copy and paste folder "custom_maps" to: update\x64\dlcpacks\
-Finally add "dlcpacks:\custom_maps\" in dlclist.xml using OpenIV to: update.rpf\common\data\
[Manual installation]
(if you already have "custom_maps" folder with other YMAP maps)
-Copy"River.ymap" to:
update\x64\dlcpacks\custom_maps\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\_citye\maps\custom_maps.rpf\
For custom vehicles , working doors and the dog
Download and Install Menyoo

can u make it just 1 xml file to drop it in the gta5 folder then open map editor and just spawn the map in like that.
@legoboss is better like this , map editor is outdated program. i use menyoo. and in case of this map, ymap format is the best

for some reason i can't get this map to load it's not detected i drop the ymap file with my other ymap files even removed some ymap files still nothing
@zzcool im not really expert with ymap files dude but im pretty sure this installation methods works fine

This is an awesome map! The "vanilla" default surroundings around that river always looked barren and boring but, now with this map it looks nice with lush vegetation, plenty of trees in and around the outer skirts of the river and I like those rustic cabins throughout, some of which actually have parked Sea-doos and ATV's laying around. Nice work on this map GGbLAder!
