This mod is perfect for Canadians because it replaces all the American flags in the map with the beautiful Canadian flag.
**INSTALLATION*
1) Install OpenIV.
2) Put the three files in \x64c.rpf\levels\gta5\props\building\v_rooftop.rpf\

I'm still seeing the odd american flag here and there, but most flags have been converted. nice mod, looks good with my Toronto police cars.

how did you do this? , how did you replace the embedded texture? @Treyson27
I have found two flags so far that are still US.
How do I revert back to the default files? I need to uninstall this mod so that I can use FiveM
