practically any weather besides extra sunny makes the game blurry. why does this happen?

Grear job! I was using VisualV before, and it boosted my performance, but the nights was too dark and colors was strange. After clean installation of GTAV (copying backup), I have not installed VisualV, but only your mod, and it is working much better for me. Nice weather and nights are clear and bright. Also I combined it with Atmospheric Lensflares Completely Disabled 1.2, and I got almost no lensflares in a world besides rear lights and headlights from vehicles, they are now stronger. But it boosted performance even more and it looks slightly better. Thanks for this mod.
