@PsychoDad Oh sorry buddy, I didn't specified what I meant. I meant the anchor rope itself. It would be nice if you could actually physically see it in the water. It would look a lot more realistic when you anchor the boat but, if it's too difficult to do don't worry about it, it's no big deal. That's just a suggestion from me. The main purpose of the mod works great.

@PsychoDad Good work, the mod works wonders. Are you working on something new? Since your mods are well polished I would like to suggest you to recreate some of Jedijosh mods that are glitchy or just broken. For example, making the food vendors to actually work, bring to SP the bike animations from BIKERS DLC, etc. Those would be nice to have them work properly

@gunziness Thank you gunziness. Unfortunately I don't have time to work on new mods anymore. Nevertheless I will maintain all of my existing mods, e.g. in case a new patch is breaking something.

I've been using this mod for a couple days now and it's in my top 3 best mods that I've used, up there with NVR for me. Really nice job!

Does this mod work the same way as the old LeFixAnchor mod? I am still using that mod from back when it was available to download on here, works great. But I am curious on how your anchor mod is. I use a xbox controller for pc gaming and was curious if this mod was gamepad compatible. I downloaded it and I don't see any controller options in the .ini. Do you hold d pad right while in a boat to anchor? Can't wait to try this! :)

@TrustNo1 Interesting. I didn't even know that there was another anchor mod. Do you know why it was removed? Now I'm curious myself how different they are. The only reason I havn't implemented controller support was that I didn't know what would be the best way to make the controller input configurable. But now when I think about it, I guess the only options are the Light-key and the Honk-Key. Implementing controller support with a fixed input key (e.g. light key) would be easy. I can do that in the next update.

Yeah, I am not even sure why it was removed. Luckily I kept the mod with the rest of my archived mods lol. It works quite well actually. You just stop the boat your in and hold d pad right until the boat engine stops. I havent tried it in the water plane or pontoon heli though so not sure if that works. Thats why I was curious about yours, I like the plane/heli anchor idea, sounds cool. :)

are the vehicles persistent after you anchor them?

@DARKDEMON1151 They last longer when anchored, but eventually they will despawn. If you're using Menyoo, best bet is to use 'spooner' to 'save it in the database' so it won't despawn until you end the session. Otherwise you'll have to 'save' it with another trainer.

Anyway you can vehicle persistence built into the mod so when you start a new session your vehicles will still be where you left them
