This script gives the player a 2 star shortly after jacking any car being driven by someone else. This doesn't work on parked vehicles, let me know if you'd think how this would work and I can try to implement it!
This requires ScriptHookV and Lua Plugin. Add stolenCar.lua into your 'addins' folder to run.
