Regarding your first question, well yeah, i'm not sure if it's possible to save those changes, that's why we added options to apply some characteristics on game start. For example you can save none of the online weapons, so you have to apply them every time on game start.
@Armise Disable the 'Disable Despawn Of DLC Cars' option. You don't need it enabled if your game is up-to-date.

@FDAuroz If you go to: %appdata%\GTAV Enhanced Native Trainer in your file explorer, rename ent.db and restart GTA.

@Mod Connoisseur 'Player / Player Data'. Enable the 'Apply On Load/Respawn/Change' option, then change 'Character Ability Stats' to 100.
@SemKill 'Misc / Airbrake Menu'.
@Matthew Liddell Try 'Player / Player Appearance / Saved Appearances. Then choose 'Auto Apply Last Saved Skin'.
@fooltrueidiot_yt Try 'Player / Player Appearance / Player Model / Compatibility Mode'.
@ErdanLeroy Go to your GTA root folder and remove the NativeTrainer.asi file.
