Interesting. Even though I don't see much point in this initially, it gives me some ideas as to how an external program can be integrated to look like it is part of GTA V.

Imagine this. If we had some way to transition between GTA V and a video game console Emulator, we could make it look like there is a playable console in the GTA world. Whether it be a Arcade, NES, SNES, N64, Game Cube, PS2, etc...

Now it may be possible to pop this up in full screen. But here is an idea that would be super cool, but hard to pull off. Capture the video/audio output from the emulator and feed it into the game to be displayed on an ingame TV. Then feed the controller input from the game to the emulator. Now that would be freaking cool.
