Patreon usually supports multiple payment methods depending on your region, sometimes PayPal, sometimes direct bank cards.

If it’s not available in your country, it might be due to regional restrictions.
Don’t worry though, the Free version will always remain available and continue receiving updates,but without the custom plates.

VIP if you want a custom plate only
• VIP Custom Plate System (Supporter / Plus / Pro / MAX tiers)
• Smart plate centering (8-character alignment + lowercase x random digits)

So without VIP you can enjoy the new updates too, but without custom plates

Unfortunately I’m not sure about payment restrictions in Russia. Patreon handles all payment processing, so it depends on what methods are available in your region.

The new version did update, but most changes are internal improvements and VIP features.
This update includes:
• VIP Custom Plate System (Supporter / Plus / Pro / MAX tiers)
• Smart plate centering (8-character alignment + lowercase x random digits)
• Stuck detection system (vehicles switch driving mode after ~6 seconds if blocked)
• Improved wanted-level traffic scaling
• Better spawn stability near parked cars and narrow roads
• Improved bike helmet behavior
• General stability & UI improvements
If you're using the Free version, custom plates won’t activate.
Please check your ScriptHookVDotNet.log file to confirm the new version is loading correctly.
If everything loads fine, then the update is working as intended 👍

Yeah… having 4,000+ add-on vehicles is extremely heavy for GTA V. Even 100+ add-ons can already cause instability depending on quality and conflicts.

I personally had to spend hours testing just to find one broken vehicle that caused crashes… so with 4,235 cars, that’s a serious challenge.

Respect for even trying that setup 😅
