In GTA 4, the camera isn't centered on the car, so when you're driving, you can move the camera to angles away from the vehicle's center, giving it a cinematic feel. But that's because GTA 4 doesn't have first-person driving. If you try it, you'll see there's no steering wheel, no dashboard, nothing. @FreezeCorleone , You can correct that with your graphics program's settings. I use a version of ENB and I corrected that brightness by modifying the preset values.
