Can someone for the love of god explain how to do the dlc.list in detail? Is it just a notepad file? where does it go? I'm confused and keep getting crashes with the DLC cars added. without them its loads fine.

replaced this for police4 and the interiors is fucked. There are no other police4 in my mod folder. Any idea? LEDs are clipping through the visor too.
road is still blocked for me.
Dumb question, but how do I enter the interiors? Open all interiors I just walk up.
