The brake lights while stopped doesn't work anymore. The brake lights come on when moving instead. (Legacy)

This is something small, but with this installed the ped respawn rate (?) is very high. I was watching a shootout with gangs and cops, and noticed the gang peds were respawning too fasy and frequently. Some even spawning right beside the player. If you need evidence of it I can show. I would edit it myself but I have no idea what file to edit lol. Again it's something small, but it i wanted to point it out. It doesn't happen with just RDE installed.
@JohnFromGWN The program OpenIV does work with enhanced, but the actual ASI (that loads the mods) does not.
