1. Create a new folder called nypdexplorer in dlcpacks.
mods>update>x64>dlcpacks
2. Drop dlc.rpf from candiplow file inside.
3. Edit dlclist (mods>update>update.rpf>common>data>) and add this line-
dlcpacks:/candiplow/
4. Export dlclist back into game and enjoy

@Candice_211 in gts sp i do the things as instructed it doesnt load in game and if i vahnge the dlclist xml to the folder i put it in it crashes the game
@Nightbeast765 dont change the dlclistxml unless you edit everything else that has the name in the install folder. thats why its crashing/ you could extract the files from the rpf and do a manual install also. but there are alot of things it can be. your gonna need to join discord for support https://discord.gg/QgqpdG

i have no plans on making this ELS it wont work
I just put this in my server and the lights don't work. I changed the ID's in the carcols and covariation's and it gave me the "This vehicle doesn't exist"
Unfortunately, I tried changing the sirensettings id multiple times with no luck and just gave up as the lights would not work

Question: Why does traffic yield to the ambers? I would rather they don't yield to the plow trucks. Traffic doesn't yield to the ambers on the default GTA-V tow trucks.
Other than that, this seems like a great mod.
@Candice_211 What the included "_resource.LUA" file is supposed to do and is it necessary to install it? There's no mention of that LUA file anywhere here or in your PDF instructions.
