this mod makes cops to have carbine rifles insted of pistols and pump shotguns like the ones
from the airport as guards. swats will still have their weapons as usual.
installation.
you will need open iv to access rpf files.
1 start open iv
2 go to gtav>update>update.rpf>common>data>ai
3 drop the loadouts file from the main file folder.
challengelog.

love you bro i always thought that where are my taxes going when they cant even afford to give rifles to the cops when they are taking on a guy equipped with literally every single type of weapon to exist on this planet

but this would be overkill but ok ill try since it might be fun
I like the idea. But if you could one day do it by stars that would be great. Be able to adjust where police responding at 3-5 or 4-5 stars are equipped with rifles.
