Use OPEN IV and find s_f_y_hooker_01.ytd, s_f_y_hooker_02.ytd and s_f_y_hooker_03.ytd here:
>update/x64/dlcpacks/mppatchesng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/mppatches/
also replace s_f_y_hooker_01.ytd and s_f_y_hooker_02.ytd in this location:
>update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/patchday3ng.rpf/
just copy & replace the downloaded .ytd files and you're done! :)

It might be worth noting that changes to Hooker 3 only take place in mppatches. Changes for Hooker 1 and 2 take place in patchday3ng.
This really doesnt work. Hookers get spooked easy and run off, some will get in Ur car even then apparently top of mount chilli ad isn't secluded enough... Would recommend if it actually worked.
Scratch my last comment. I did not see the 2nd installation option. Works like a charm now! Recommended!!!

shit doesnt work for hooker 3, trainer crashes when i spawn.
@Vanya004 Only Hooker 3 is changed for me. The file sizes in the RAR don't look right for 1 and 2. Much smaller than 3.
I agree the hookers should be nearly nude in a G-string maybe? also hooker 2 with anna hair style has allways been my favorite , pls do not change her or allow a option to leave her original ,but semi nude pls
