This mod brings Gymnasium back to GTA5.
Tutorial:
Go to the Armwrestling blip at Vespucci Beach, walk near to a Weight Bench or Chin up bar press "B" to do Weight Bench or Chin Up.
Press "H" while around the Gymnasium, you can select Free Weights, Muscle Flex, Sit ups, Yoga.
List of keys:
H/Vehicle lights - Bring up menu
B/GTA Online Pointing - Do workout
E/Context - Quit what you're doing
1/Select Weapon Unarmed - Do Free Weights
2/Select Weapon Melee - Do Muscle Flex
3/Select Weapon Shotgun - Do Push Ups
4/Select Weapon Heavy - Do Sit Ups
5/Select Weapon Special - Do Yoga
6/Select Weapon Pistol - Remove Torso
7/Select Weapon SMG - Wear Torso
9/Select Weapon Sniper - Exit Menu
Requirements:
- Latest ScriptHookV
- Latest Community Script Hook V .NET
- Visual C++ Redistributable Packages x64 2013
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2
Install:
1. Make sure you have all the Requirements Installed.
2. Extract, Drag and Drop 'Scripts' folder into GTAV Root Folder.
3. Enjoy.

Nice and funny
Such a good idea for GTA V. Reminds me of GTA San Andreas with being able to workout at the gym. Now if you could add the muscle and fat stats and have it actually change the appearance of your character then that would be awesome.
Does working out actually change the Strength or Stamina Stat or is it just for RP ?
@ImNotMentaL This is a great mod and it works just fine in the latest 1.0.1868 patch but, where are the peds? In your demo videos it shows the outdoor gym full of people exercising and lifting weights but, in my game there's no one in there, like maybe two guys and that's it. Am I suppose to add peds to that location manually with Map Editor or am I doing something wrong? Is that a personal "ped" map you made and added to the gym for the demo video to enhance the script??
