How do you enable added weapons?

@Caseyfl727 Your dlclist.xml is in Open IV pathway: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data (If you have Steam version of GTA V and are using the C drive for your game storage) (that may differ slightly) But the rest is how you get to your dlclist.xml. It will be under the list XML test. If you need more instruction lmk.
