@XLVIlI Dude you are a life saver. I was having constant crashes and couldn't figure out the reason for a LONG time. I gave up on my custom planes add-on pack since I was getting crashes when trying to spawn the planes or get into them. It was the goddamn "<layout></layout>" tag that was messed up the whole time!
@alexguirre After adding several planes to my custom add-on pack, I get a crash when trying to spawn them.
Do I have to change the values in the WeaponsLimitAdjuster.ini ? To what number should I put that? It's now at default.
@navzahed Great mod as always. When you say "PAINT4" for the wheels, what option is that? I use Simple Trainer and when I do "Change Wheel Color", it doesn't do anything. Help?
@rechkunov Great mod but there is definitely a bug with the player blip disappearing once you enter a plane and then eject and land on the ground. I have the following options set:
so before getting into any plane, the player blip works fine. The moment I enter a plane (the plane blip works) and then eject, the player blip disappears.
If I set the "updatePlayerBlip": true; to "false", there is no player blip at all.
@SkylineGTRFreak wow good catch. I added that as below but unfortunately that didn't work either! When I press "X" on the xbox controller it should switch weapons but nothing happens. When I press "A" on the controller (or 'Space' on the keyboard) the cannon should fire but nothing happens!
For the WeaponsLimitAdjuster (in the INI file), what do the values need to be? I didn't change them from default (CWeaponInfoBlob = 512 & CWeaponComponentInfo = 1024). Do we need to increase that?
Also, in the contentunlocks.meta, for most of your planes, the only line is "<Item>CU_VEH_MORGAN</Item>" so I have only one of those in that file - do we need to add something else there?
I LOVE your plane mods - it is so frustrating that I can't seem to get the weapons to work. It must be some small typo/error somewhere. I've re-uploaded the dlc.rpf again so please look at it and let me know.
One interesting point - the CFA-44 plane does have weapons and it works fine - but none of the other planes like F16C, F35C, SU30SM, Typhoon etc. etc.

@SkylineGTRFreak I did - I added the 'f35c_vehiclelayouts.meta', 'f35c_weapons.meta', and 'f35_mods.rpf' in the content.xml. I did rename the vehiclelayouts and weapons meta files to f35c_weapons.meta instead of vehicleweapons_f35c.meta - could that be an issue? What about renaming the vehiclelayouts.meta file? @Marksman I have 100s of mods installed - mostly add-on vehicles and they all work fine. I guess for some reason the weapon doesn't appear when spawning by name - which slot is it supposed to be in?
